As with all of our programs a team member meets with you to see where you are currently with regards to health fitness, and what your goals are. From there we perform a functional movement screen to identify any limitations that need to be addressed along the way.
From there we can create a customized plan to help you get and stay strong, so that you can keep living an active life full of adventure.
