Maggie Vespa

Wellness and movement-based puzzles have always intrigued me. Helping people work on their personal puzzles is fun, brings me joy, and is one of the main reasons I became a coach. Physical problem solving also drew me to combat sports such as Maui Thai, boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. Nutrition, strength training, stability, and mobility work are skills I developed to be more successful in athletics, and in doing so, I learned how to hack pushing past physical and mental limits. I start each morning with a mission to serve and be at least 1% better than the day before. Spending time with my family, and friends, creating art and enjoying the outdoors breathe life into my world. I feel my best when I get to explore creativity and movement in new ways. Keeping life and exercise fresh and fun is one of my tickets to happiness. I promise, if you are ready to get on this train, we will find a way to enjoy things you did not expect and crush goals you did not know you could make. We've got this!

"If a man achieves victory over this body, who in the world can exercise power over him? He who rules himself rules over the whole world."
